    Photo Friday: Home

    Wild Flower Soul

wild flower soul you bloom by the distance
as i wait on my seat to follow you
    a thousand leaves came by
    blowing my shadow to stillness

a twitch of the blissful afternoon
    guised to defy tradition
    let me redeem my tranquility
as i feel the calmness of your stare

    without moving, a motionless voyage
was defined by the glow of your warmth
    a rare flame yearning
reflecting thru the eyes of the light

and i finally see the dawn break
finally gaze at your undefiled passion
for i have been waiting all day
i have been waiting for your -
      wild soul to touch mine.

    B&W Photo Challenge: silhouette

    Photo Friday: Stillness

    Silence in the Sky

but it was a warm day and the night was clear
the wind was damp as invisible droplets
    float by the air

and the sky, bare and cloudless
i stand and wait to see the first star
    i could almost touch
the scent of flowers floating in the air

i taste the air with warm shadows
as i rest my wings a moment
    because there was no wind

    still waters carpet the sea
as i glance at little ripples
    silently moving towards my feet

a sudden laugh filled the air
as i look by the distance
    to find you.. just there
    staring back at me.

    Illo Friday: Fat

The devil has put a penalty on all things we enjoy in life.
Either we suffer in health or we suffer in soul

    B&W Photo Challenge: Man Portrait

    Mover and Shaker

He walked a journey that flattened the lands
    with a frivolous continuality
    and an upending stance --

Let me paint you from within
and fill the drifting shapes of empty dreams

A reddening twilight that touched the sea
in shades where blackbirds wake the dawn

He swept aside a thousand pathways there
'til darkness in dusk were all gone

Staring to the radiance of what's to come
He sank into the clouds, he then float

Still into the echoes he sailed the wind
Erasing all doubts and soulless cries

Madness aflamed began to fly away
He brought rest to give strength to rise.

    Illo Friday: under the sea

    Sea of Dreams

    come inside your mind
    let your soul be

    release whats inside
    nothing is what it seems

    one cannot contain
    the uproar of thoughts

    how can one captivate
    and justify one's state?

hide under your sea of dreams
    but let it float
    don't let it fade

    drown with its ecstacy
    what your eyes cannot touch
    your spirit sees

    break away from convention
    set yourself free.
